Our first wedding of 2016 turned out to be one of my all time favorites. Molly + Conor reached out to us during their planning process for some help with the logistics of the day and most importantly for some help with the large, and super fun, hanging installations she wanted for the ceiling at her warehouse wedding in Cleveland! The coolest thing about this wedding was that the bride's family was so involved. Her dad owns a catering business and her Uncle is a florist! So, we sent sketches and dimensions over to Brennan's florist in Lakewood Ohio and we hopped in a humongous rental truck and drove nine hours for a three day install that culminated in seven amazing hanging pieces. The twelve foot rectangle hanging over the bridal party table was my favorite!
Molly + Conor are quite possibly two of the sweetest people we have ever met, and it was such a pleasure getting to work with them to make sure they got exactly what they wanted out of the day. We built the frames from either wood, chicken wire, and airline cable or a metal wreath form and airline cable. We attached them to all of the exposed beams in the space along with the existing bistro lighting. We also used TONS of garland to adorn signage, partitions for displays in the space, and for the ceremony backdrop.
